Question: Is my self-esteem really low or really high!? PLEASE help!!?
I'm 15!. I can't really tell if I'm insecure or not!. I don't really care what other people think about me!. But I guess I wouldn't be the type of person to have to worry about that cause it's not like people talk about me!. I'm just one of those girls that is nice to everyone and people talk to!.
Some days I think I look really bad- I look tired and my eye liner came off!. I'll be like, wow, I look like crap, but then I won't care about it!. It's just like an observation!.
I kinda disregard myself in that I don't really care about myself!. Not in that I'll stop eating and all that stuff, but I don't really think about myself!. Is this low self esteem!? Maybe I don't want to look at myself!?
So is this all me being independent with high self esteem or do I in reality have a low self image!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you have a good balance of both good and bad!. All of us have days where we think we look bad!. As for not thinking or caring about yourself, that's something that needs to change!. It isn't low self esteem!. Low self esteem is hating yourself and thinking you're ugly and worthless!. High self esteem is good, but not too high or you'll be seen as conceited!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
