Actually, it is pretty bad to hold your feelings in!.

I know from personal experience it just does not help!. It all keeps building and building until you finally just!.!.!.break!.

The best way to get things out, in my opinion, is probably to have a diary!. At least, if you don't feel like talking about things with people!. It's private, it's personal, it's something that helps you get everything your feeling out!.!.!.and best of all!? No one can judge you for what you may say, because it's only for you to see!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Negative feelings like fear,anger,depression drain your energy and shorten your life and increase your risk of becoming ill!.

Crying cleanses the mind from the psychological pain!.Crying is not a sign of weakness but a sign of being human!.Even dominant individuals cry in their solitude where no one can see what he and they think is weakness!.

You need to find someone who you can trust not to judge you or someone that is very emotionally stable!.Like a psychologist!.

If you visit a psychologist does not mean you are mentally ill!.Most people that visit a psychologist are not mentally ill!.They just need someone to talk to about their problems without being judged!.Ignorance and stupidity assumes that everyone who visits a psychologist must be insane and must be rejected lest they be declared insane for consorting with them!.

Educate your friends and family if and/or when you decide visiting one!.

Yes and no!.

You 'shout' to let it out; it's a 'sin' to keep it in!. But that doesn't mean you launch a tirade at the slightest provocation!.

When you're getting emotional easily, there is something beneath that which needs to express!. Rather than take it out on someone else, try yelling or crying into a pillow!. Or do something physical like tennis or go for a run and pound the pavement to let go of whatever has built up!.

Or!.!.!.listen to opera and other music that moves you!.

expressing your feelings simply gives them a stronger anchor in your mind and they end up ruling you!. You should learn to examine your stronger emotions and make a conscious decision as to whether or not they are actually worth the energy you use entertaining them!. yeah it can be bad because it builds up and causes you stress and all kinds of unfun stuff!. :( you should write what you are feeling in a diary even if you are not sad at the moment!. That will really help you, you don't have to cry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
