Question: Why do I get so nervous all the time!?
When I have a job interview or something I feel my face get all hot, then my neck starts itching and burning, its like overwhelming!. Like i'm going to explode or something!. If it helps, I am a 22 year old outgoing, friendly guy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Having been unemployed during the summer and going on interviews, I know what you mean! Being nervous during an interview is normal!. I was hoping I'd go through so many that I just wouldn't care anymore!. But the biggest relief I found was my faith!. I prayed about it, and it worked out for me!. I found a position that was right despite this nervousness!. Try to be yourself and realize that you have talents and God given abilities!. Be prepared and do the background work, but then try to give it to God!.

holy crap!. i know what you mean and i remember back to job interviews you described it perfect!. its not just job interviews for me tho, it is anything that is supposed to be considered important!. i dont freak out and lose it, i just get the feeling you described!. and to be honest i think it is normal and you wouldnt be human and have a heart without them feelings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It is probably a form of aniexty!. There are things like taking deep breathes several times to relax!. Also do not put extra buren on yourself worrying about getting a job, it will happen!. If this continues talk to your doctor about some medication for aniexty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
