Question: Im havent ate nothingin 7 days!?
i have been really depressed lately like never before!. my appetite is gone, im a big guy 6'3 200 pounds which is healthy adn usually always have a really good appetite my usual was like 3 meals a day !. but over the past 7 days things happened that have made me really depressed and sad and stay in my room with the lights of and and im not hungry at all!. i am drinking alot of water but i have no desire for food i eat like a bowl of cereal just to stop my stomach from hurting because its empty and if it were up to me i wouldn't eat all day !. what can i do to get my appetite back!?!?!? Usually your appetite has too do with how you are feeling!. It has been known that it isn't good to eat when you are upset!. It only makes your stomach hurt when you try to eat something!. So go for a walk, get some fresh air, get your mind back on God and where you were before you got angry and depressed!. It sounds like you have really been hurt!. Otherwise you would just have brushed it off and gone on with your life!. So there must be something going on inside that is really strong!. You are internallizing it!. But, it is okay to fast and pray and give your system a rest for a while!. You can fast for about forty days or so!. Jesus did it!. We can, too!. But gradually, only!. Good luck and God Speed!. p!.s!. This is probably God's way of saying, "Maybe you need to take it easy and rest your stomach for a while!. Cereal is baby food and we know that babies eat soft foods because their systems are sensitive!. Yours is no exception!." In times of stress we need to reat ourselves as a little child at times!. I am in a very similar situation!. You need to address the real issue, Depression!. As long as your depressed you won't get your appetite back!. Suck it up and go to the Dr to get some help!. Its very unhealthy not to eat!. I've lost 30 pounds in 3 months because I stopped eating, I try everything I can to get my appetite back but it's just not that easy!. I'm working on the depression and its the only thing that works!Www@Answer-Health@Com

depression can do that to you BUT!.!.!.!.!. the more you dont eat the more you will get depressed!.!. your sugar level drops!.!.!. even if you have to have small meals!.!.!. a pie with sauce even but you have to eat someting

no one can force you we can only tell you in the end you have too

your metabolism will pick up and make you hungry when you s tart eating your meals again

Face the problem that is bothering you instead of just dwelling on it!.

Figure out what is bothering you, and then do something positive about it!.
You will be eating again in no time!.

i say this with the most respect for you and humanity!. try smoking a little marijuana!. It works and everybody knows it!. It helps leukemia patients to regain their appetite after chemo therapy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat more, your stomach has shrunk and wants less and less food!. If you eat more gradually every day you will develop a need for more and more food!. just don't go crazy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's vitally important that you eat at least some small, nutrition dense meals, daily, or your brain won't get the vitamins & minerals it needs to get better! BASIC HEALTHY DIET: A healthy diet consists of: 5 serves of vegetables, daily, including a leafy green one, such as broccoli, spinach, cabbage, kale, or silverbeet (swiss chard), and a yellow/orange one, like yams, (sweet potato) carrots, or pumpkin/squash!. One of the other serves should be legumes, such as beans, peas, or lentils!.

A serve is 2 heaped tablespoonsful, or half a cup (125 ml)!. Also, at least 2, to a maximum of 5 serves of fruit: one should be orange, or grapefruit, for the NATURAL vitamin C, and bananas are high in potassium!. In addition, your body needs at least 2 teaspoonsful of oil!. Olive oil, coconut oil, grapeseed oil, or macadamia oil, are the healthiest, but you can get some in the form of Omega 3 fish oil (certified free of mercury); it is best if consumed with an antioxidant, such as an orange, or grapefruit, or their FRESHLY SQUEEZED juice!.

If vitamin E is added, it should be certified as being 100% from natural sources, or it may be synthetic: avoid it!.!. Also a serve of protein: meat, fish, poultry, or eggs!. For calcium, some yog(h)urt, and/or cheese and/or milk, or tinned sardines, with bones!. To the above, add a certain amount of wholegrain products, such as brown rice, seed and nutloaf, or sourdough rye bread, according to your body's energy needs!. If your anorexia (no appetite) is related to the bad things that have happened, you're going to have to address those things!. If you're drinking water and eating at least one meal a day, you won't starve!. Try some exercise, even if you just do it in your room!. It helps tremendously with depression and you might even work up an appetite!
