I cant sleep at night! What is wrong with me?!


Question: I cant sleep at night! What is wrong with me!?
When I'm already laying down to go to bed!. I close my eyes but when I close them I can't go to sleep!. What is wrong with me I have been like this for the past couple of days and I don't know what it is anymore!! I need help!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well the more u think about it every nite the more it will happen!. U need to break the cycle so normal sleep is normal!. I don't suggest drinking but when I have insomnia I down one beer and I get real relaxed!. But no tv!. And low music helps!. Warm bath or shower relaxes the body!. I like to eat a heavy snack!. Not healthy but works!. Peanut butter and jelly with milk hist the spot!. Turkey makes u sleepy too!. When I read a book in bed my eyes get heavy!. U know how they say count sheep!. Well some people go into that thinking its silly so it don't work!. But on the same note I like to say my prayers till I fall asleep!. It gets ur mind on something other than falling asleep!. Very complicated issue but here are a few possibilities!.

Sometimes it can be as simple as just having the right mattress with desired comfort and support besides, it beats taking a pill if it works!.

Stress

Not able to relax

Bright lights

TV on

Noise

Medical Condition

Eliminate Caffeine or Alcohol B4 bedtime

Minimize physical activity like exercise B4 bedtime

Some medications will keep you awake

i was like that the first eleven years of my life LOL

like seriously, i couldn't sleep in the dark because i was scared and when i had my laptop on and my tv i just can't sleep!. then if everythings off and i'm tired i still can't sleep because i'm just not sleepy!. i can just shake it off so it's probably just a phase(:Www@Answer-Health@Com

this happens to me a lot too!. I suggest taking your mind off sleeping and think of something else!. Any other suggestion is not to take naps during the day and wake up early so you are a bit more sleepy when its time 4 you to go to bed!. Good Luck and sweet dreams :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just think of some pleasant things!. That happens to me too!. I don't fall asleep after a few minutes, then I over think it and wonder how you fall asleep then I can't get to sleep haha!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try some sleeping pills!. Only if you are not allergic to them!. Sorry to hear that you are having sleeping troubles!. Had those before!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
