Such thing as free psychological therapy?!

Question: Such thing as free psychological therapy!?
I'm 25 living in a part of the country where I know only a handful of people, and fewer then that are even friends!. I have a bunch of friends back home, but, their the kind of friends you watch a game with, get drunk with, or, for some reason listen to theior problems, and offer excellent advice!. I don't really have anyone to vent to, talk to, seek advice from, anything, and I'm in a weird place, a crossroads over the next year or two!. I've been in the practice of swallowing my emotions for too long!. Since I'm not gona dump any of my problems on a friend who isn't all that interested in hearing them, I figure a psychologist's take on where my head is would be the best way to go!. My medical insurance is pretty crappy, it's what the school provides; is psychological care covered in most insurance plans!? If not is there any place that typically provides it!? IDK, a shot in the dark, figured I'd ask!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Call your insurance company to check your mental health benefits!. Since you have insurance, it's unlikely that you will be able to get psychological care for free!.

A lot of universities and medical schools have clinics which see people on a sliding scale!. The university closest to me will see people for $30 at the most!.

You can also try calling your county's department of mental health!. They can give you a referral to an agency or doctor that will take people on a sliding scale!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all it would help if you could let me know where you live!. Many insurances do cover psychological care, especially at colleges!.
You can look in the Blue Pages of the Phone Book under mental health and look for the Administrator of Mental Health and call and see where the closest sliding scale mental health clinic is at!. Every state has clinics for mental health issues, that are sliding scale!. If you have any specific questions read my profile and email me God Bless ReggieWww@Answer-Health@Com

Are you looking for help or is just an excuse to stop your schoolwork!? Problems burn up thought!. And the more problems you think up, the more thought is burnt!. You might be suprised if you opened up to one of your friends since there is the only friends you have! You're imagining friends back home and you're leaving off who can turn to!. A friend in need is a friend indeed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, most mental health is covered with most insurances!. Sounds to me that you are aware you need the help, that is a good thing!. I have had a few times in my life talked with someone!. This has helped me!.
Also antidepressants help while you are getting back on track of your emotions!. Good luck!.
