Question: Do I Have Anxiety Problems!?
I think I have anxiety issues, every time I do anything I get really nervous, my hands sweat, and it limits my ability to do what I want!. This is really interfering with my life and is making me angry at the people I care about for no reason!. Do I really have an anxiety disorder or am I just crazy!? If I do, what should I do about it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds to me like you do have an anxiety disorder, probably Generalized anxiety disorder and it can be very dibilitating!. I have been suffering from panic disorder w/severe depression for 12 years!. My biggest problems are traveling and being around a lot of people, or people I don't know!. You aren't crazy and there are many treatments out there!. One is medications, such as ativan and xanax they are benzodiazepines and work quickly usually within 20 minutes of taking a pill, they will stop a panic attack in its tracks, but should be used with caution as they are addictive!. Another way to treat anxiety is with anti-depressants such as celexa, prozac and other SSRI's they take longer to take effect usually 2-3 weeks after beginning an SSRI does it fully take effect, but they are not addictive!. My advice is to see either your regular Primary care doctor or go and see a Psychiatrist (not psychologist!.!. because they can not prescribe medication)!. Talk therapy is also another way to work through the underlying issues that are causing anxiety and will be reccommended whether or not medication is prescribed!. It seems to me that you have a serious anxiety problem!. I only say serious because it seems to be seriously impacting your quality of life, as well as the life of people around you!. I can relate!.

To seek help regarding an anxiety disorder, visit your general physician!.
Write these things down so you can make sure not to leave anything out when speaking to your doctor!. Your doctor will probably give you a medicine for mild anxiety!. It seems like anxiety!. I am 33 and still dealing with it!. It's not easy!. I'd say eat right and exercise and try to be relaxed and happy!. Drink lots of water!. Try to go easy on the coffee and things like that!. Spend quality time with those you love!. You can try a clinic!. But I would recommend talking with a professional there who you are comfortable with that will be sympathetic and listen!. Don't be too eager to try medications because they can do a lot more harm than good!. : ) Www@Answer-Health@Com
