I am completely worthless?!


Question: I am completely worthless!?
today is just one of those days where i feel completely inadequate to everyone else in the world!. i look forward to nothing in life anymore!. i dint even like to leave my dorm room because im afraid to socialize with people!. life sucks!. now im not gonna kill myself or anything like that because i believe that is the most selfish thing any human being can do, but i can live the way i am living anymore!. I go through wild mood swings, i feel like everyone is looking at me and laughing!. how can people live like this!. im going completely insane!. now i have my first psychological appointment tomorrow at my schools clinic!. i don't know what to say, can they help me!? i dunno, someone please give me helpful advice Www@Answer-Health@Com

Relax!. Evidently you've had some stresses in life that are weighing heavy on you!. After some testing, you may be offered medication to help you get through this!. If so, take it as directed!.

Be mindful of taking care of yourself with good nutrition and enough rest!. If you are so inclined, pray for spiritual strength!.

They will ask questions at your appointment!. Tell them what you have said here!.

We all go through times in our life that suck!.I know little about you but I'll toss out some ideas!. Sometimes when one thing in our lives start messing up we see it as everything is messing up!. So we need to do a check and take one thing at a time!. We all have to support ourselves and that usually comes with working in jobs we may not like too much!. But work is called work if it wasn't it would be called "fun"!.

Sorry to hear about your depression, Honestly, there is no quick fix for life, so you can't expect one!. You need to take things slowly, and see how they end up working out!.
If not go see a counsellor for some help!. You're not stuck!.!.!.stuck is a choice that you've made so make the choice to get unstuck one step at a time but you need to begin to take responsibility for your own life and not blame others for where you are!. Getting moving!.!.!.the sooner you do the sooner you will have both feet unstuck!.

Plan to follow your dream!. Plan to "do" for the rest of your life, precisely that which you would just love doing almost all the time, in your spare time, when you're robbing time from other chores!.
WHATEVER IT IS, YOU MUST BECOME the Best THAT YOU CAN POSSIBLY BECOME AT IT!. Life won't come to you!. You have to go get it!. You can decide that your stuck and live everyday with a miserable helplessness, or you can choose to make YOUR choices in YOUR life!.

You sound like a great person who's losing themselves in their life!. Find some defiance in you!. After all, the world runs according to survival of the fittest!. By not standing up and making your decisions, you're saying that you're not strong enough to deal with the challenges that thousands of people deal with every day!. I'm sure this isn't true!. I'm exactly like that!. Even if I'm in high school, every corner I turn, I see people with glaring eyes and when they pass me, I can hear faint whispers about me!. Sometimes, I feel that way too!. I feel that I'm worthless and that no one would care if I died!. But you're wrong!. I just recently knew that if you wrote down a letter for your self to vent your feelings, it will help!. Concentrate on the people that would care if you died!. You have friends right!? see if you can contact them!. If you are really connected to your parents, tell them about it!. Don't take it out on yourself!. Someday, you will see why!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
