Several things you might want to try!. Researching it online, signing up for anger management classes in your town, or read about it!.

The important part is to figure out what triggers or sparks your anger!. Most of the time it stems from the fact that your hurt or saddened by something you heard said to you, and because you dont want to feel the hurt emotion, you act out with the anger emotion instead!. So, the main trick is to figure out what triggers your outbursts, being aware of it, and learning techniques on how to stop it before it gets out of hand!.
