Help with stress in school?!


Question: Help with stress in school!?
Ok, I need some advise here!. I'm a very diligent person!. I study hard, and my average is 96%!. But the problem is that I get so stressed out over things!. Like this math test I had today!. I studied for and hour and a half to two hours for it!. I tried, but I didn't finish it, and I like panicked, and!.!.!.lost control!.!.!.sort of!.!.!.!. I got awful stomach pains, but now I'm breaking out in hives!.

I just am really really REALLY hard on myself!.!.!.I mean, I put so much pressure on myself to excel, and when I don't I often get depressed!.

What should I do!? I know I sound stupid, but I hate the way I am, so how can I change it, or help relieve the stress!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that you should try to manage your time and go out with friends or family once in a while!. Do not always do work but watch TV sometimes Doing well in school gave you a sence of accomplishment and pride in your grade but trust me that freaking out because you didnt finish is just too out of control!. Sometimes it is ok to get an average grade!. A lot of peoples goals are just to pass but yours are very high which gives you something to strive for!. That was just like with me a couple of years ago!. The best way for you to relax is to get more sleep!. I dont know if you stay up late of not but lacking sleep causes a lot of stress in my opinion and sometimes 24 hours in a day is just not enough to study and do work and rest!. I think that taking like 15-30 minutes to just stretch while listening to some music might be helpful!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to relax a lot in between exams
like taking walks, getting plenty of sleep
take vitamins, maybe omega 3, good for the brain and for concentration
maybe yoga or meditation
