ya it is normal unless you hear it constantly or alot!. if you do then you should go to a doctor!. if it is only sometimes than you are fine!. it is no big deal!Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is typically due to a sign of circulatory stress!. Circulation of blood through the arteries, veins, and capillaries is dependent upon the health of these vessels!. Bioflavanoids are essential to the health of the lining of these vessels and if you are deficient in these, you can get this problem!. Also a calcium or vitamin B1 (thiamine) can also cause these symptoms!.

Essentially, it is your body's way of telling you that you have some nutritional deficiencies!. It's not enough to just go out and buy some vitamin pills and expect that to solve the problem either!. Many of these problems come from the co-factors in the body that do NOT allow good utilization of nutrients!.

It's important to focus on becoming healthy!. This does not mean you should run to your doctor for this because they promote make believe health with drugs and are not about creating health, but treating illnesses by giving you drugs that address symptoms!.

To truly make yourself health in America today is not easy!. A good start is to determine what nutrients you are deficient in by seeing a Certified Nutritional Therapist that can test you and tell you what nutrients you are lacking and how much you need to take and also, recommend a good solid diet that will put you on the road to health!.

A medical approach could be for you to get an Acoustic Cardio Gram!. (ACG) Doing this will allow an analysis of the graphical output of the heart sounds to determine many functional disturbances that can be assessed and corrected by using nutrition!.

Yes, my dear child, that can be normal!. Thin women especially experience this!.

The only thing I would suggest is to have your blood pressure checked!. You can do this for free at CVS and other major drug store chains!. Don't talk or walk fast right before testing!. And this is only to be super-cautious!. I imagine everything is fine!.

Stethoscope was the word for which we were looking!.

It *could* be Mitral Valve Prolapse!. One would think a doctor would notice it, but apparently (personal experience) it can go undetected for long periods of time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
