Question: How can I tell somebody, its the medicines fault that I beat him up!?
So yah, im 16 and im a really nice guy, dont talk alot, very strong, tall and have never got into a fight no matter how much they picked on me and peopel call me a over sized teddy bear :) but lately iv been on these meds for my asthma that can
1!. make me very hyper
or
2!. make me very mad, very quickly
and sadly I got number 2!.
I was in the middle of watching this movie in arts and humanitys when I hear this voice behind me "Hey dude, dude,dude" I turn around and say "Yah!?" he then looks away like he didnt say anything and looks at me and goes "WHAT!?" (usall bored jock @!.@) I turn and ignore him and he keeps saying the same thing "Dude,dude, dude, why dont you answer me!?" and it was always the same, I turn he says "WHAT!?" so now his friend decides to join in and im getting very, VERY irritated and my feet start going up and down and then he finnaly said "Hey, stupid homo look at me and talk to me you dumb *****!." That was it! I couldnt take it any more I lept out of my chair and punched the dude straight in the jaw and he falls back, unconcious!. Then his friend decides to take a wing at me and jumps on my back and starts punching me in the head!. By now I just SNAPED and I threw him off my shoulder and onto the ground and began wailing on this dude!. What his face looked like some beat up meat, it was bad!.
Now im being charged for assult, ughhhh they started it! What else am I suppose to do!!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well they might not accept that it was the medicines fault!. They don't see medicine as a person, just something to blame!. however since this is your first offence and they may take that it was your medicine!. i really think it depends on what it is!. they may let you go, drop the charges or possibly put you on probation!. it wont be jail time or anything and you wont have to worry about not getting a job because of it or anything you will be okay!. as for telling the guy it was the medicine just go up to him say you are sorry and shake his hand then walk away!. and make sure there are lots of witnessess so he cant make up anythingWww@Answer-Health@Com
You're on steroids, correct!? Those are commonly used to treat asthma, and they can make people aggressive!. I would mention it to your lawyer or parents!. If you have no previous history of violence, they court may be willing to take that into account!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
