Troubling sleeping, what to do?!


Question: Troubling sleeping, what to do!?
the last 2-3 nights i been dreaming about where i work and how much i'm struggling rushing and going fast to get out!.!.!. i'm a house keeper and i'm dreaming about being in panic mode cleaning the rooms so fast!.!.!. any ideas how to not keep dreaming about this!.!.!. im having a hard time sleeping!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

listen to some soothing music, read a book, or watch tv before going to sleep!.

sometimes i think of a relaxing place like sitting in a lounge chair in tahiti with a cold drink or sitting by a warm fireplace in a cabin!.

Sounds like this will pass as fast as it arrived into your night time sleep!. I once did fast work like that and it too gave me very vivid dreams and it felt like I was working the job in my dreams only to wake up and realize I had to go do the very job I dreamed about!.
Try slowing down the pace of your movements and thoughts!. (i!.e!. not rubbing and cleaning items in such a rush on your real job) Chances are you'll be sleeping better!. You can accomplish only so many houses in a day so slow down a bit!. make sense, aye!?

Also, if you need to reduce the amount of stimulants taken after 12:00 afternoon!. You really shouldn't have any sodas, or those energy drinks either, including coffee and multivitamins after noon!.

I had a similar problem when I was going through a stress disorder!. Heres some things you can do to help you feel sleepy in the night!.

1!. Exercise in the morning or afternoon, not in the evening cuz that will keep you awake believe it or not!. but morning exercise is what will make you nod off in the night!.
2!. finish your work early or if you can't then just as early as possible!. if you keep on putting your work later and later, the stress builds up and you lose sleep time!.
3!. wind down half an hour before you get to sleep!. in other words lets say for example if you sleep at 11 pm, at 10:30 turn off your tv, etc!. maybe even your computer if it keeps you awake!.
4!. eat a slightly heavy dinner!. ever feel lethargic after heavy meals!? this time you can use that lazy sleepy feeling to your advantage!.
5!. don't do a lot of stuff right before you go to bed!. just take a couple minutes to mellow out!. you're going to sleep, so don't tense up by doing a lot of things!. leave the tension for the daytime!.
6!. this is not for everyone, but after a session of masturbation/sex people feel very tired and go to sleep almost immediately!. again, this is not for everyone!.

I'm sorry about your sleeping problems!. Lets see if I cant help!.!.

Most of the time when people cant sleep it's because they have a deficient of vitamins!. So try some multi vitamins!. You can also get that vitamin from turkey or milk!. (honestly I cant remember the name of the vitamin i think it's vitamin K, Sorry hunn)

also try some tea, they have many different kinds of tea available to you!. My favorites are sleepy time tea, and green tea!. They work extremal well and I suggest it to anyone looking for a good natural way of getting to sleep!.

Now if your looking for pills to take that are none habit forming (if you can really say all pills don't form habits) is Unisom!. It helps you fall asleep and change your sleeping deficiency over time so you can fall asleep naturally without the need of pills, teas, etc!.

OMG you should also take Coral Calcium!. Make sure the bottle says Coral Pure on the top, or else it's the cheaper generic brand that don't work!.

And last finally what most people don't understand is that your body and mind needs to be relaxed before you go to bed!. So this means no mind stimulation:

NO watching TV
NO playing on computer
NO getting stressed about anything before bed
AND try during the day to exercise
DRINK lots of water
NO eating after 6pm
And try to read some before bed to relax the mind!.

Dreams can be so troubling!. We work during the day and they can make us work at night!. I'd try to have a relaxing spell before going to sleep and actually tell yourself that you don't' want to remember your dreams!. I read it and tried it !. !. !. and it worked!.
