Talk to your doctor!. Maybe he can suggest some natural ways to relax, yoga and excerise (sounds lame I know) can help!. Try taking a bath before bed to de-stress or read a book to help get your mind off of everything!. I also have trouble sleeping due to stress I have been dealing with it for years, it comes and goes depends on how stressful my life is, I try to stay away for prescriptions just because I find they affect me during the day!. Best of luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
