Hi Hannah, i sympathise with you i have the exact same problem!!! Sometimes i feel like there is going to be no way out but believe me there is!!! DONT even consider suicide as there is medication out there to help you!! At first i didnt know what it was but then realised i have IBS do you get any other symptoms with the cramps!?!?!? My cramps are caused my excess gas!. The doctor has prescibed me Buscopan which is now available to buy in supermarkets!. This medication helps to relax your stomach muscles and ease the pain, they work for me 95% of the time!
Good Luck!! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could be suffering from Lactose intolerance!. If you stop taking any dairy food, no cheese, milk and read the labels as there is lactose in lots of foods, e g biscuits, cakes etc!. You can buy Lactolite milk at the supermarket which has the lactose removed and it just tastes like ordinary milk!.

You could be intolerant to gluten found in wheat, barley oats etc!. Think you should see your Doctor and ask him for a blood test for Coeliac Desease which is an intolerance to gluten!.

You could try Colofac IBS available from the chemist!. These are effective for abdominal pain, cramps etc!.

Hope your sore tummy is better soon!.

The fact that you are considering suicide is the first sign that you might want to seek help!. Stress can manifest itself physically in any number of ways, when I was selling computers at a local electronics store, i used to get stomach cramps and towards the end (before I quit) I began to break out in rashes on my arms and chest!. Be sure that you are taking every break that you are legally entitled to, and get out of the office, go for a walk if possible (weather permitting)!. Also remember to laugh, even if its your own personal inside joke that no one in the world would ever understand, because its that spark in us all that gets us through the rough patches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could it be something your eating or drinking!? This used to happen to me (although not as frequently)!. My boyfriend eventually linked it to when I had a cup of tea!. Through trial and error we realised that it was the milk in the tea not agreeing with me!. Since I started using skimmed milk, or no milk, the stomach cramps have gone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

See another doctor!. Some doctors will give you the run around, but keep pushing them and eventually you will figure out what's causing these cramps!. I think it's very unlikely that severe stomach cramps are only in your imagination! In the meantime eat light, healthy foods, and drink plenty of water!. Hang in there!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd push your doctor to help you further, you need to stress to him/her how bad it is making you feel, could be IBS, could be a gynaecological problem, could be anything, you need some tests run before it gets dismissed as a mental health problem!.
Hope you get some answers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have your doctor do a colonscopy test and see if there is anything wrong with your colon!. You are cramping and this needs to be looked at!. Make sure your health insurance covers this test, it is a very expensive test if you have to pay for it yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It must be very bad to consider suicide!. You should just go back to your doctor again and explain exactly how you are feeling, he should then be able to tell you what to do from there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

gee - suicide's a bit extreme!.
you need to see another doctor & get a 2nd opinion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
