How to relieve stress/tension?!


Question: How to relieve stress/tension!?
until i was about 18!.!.i never really cried!. even at my father's funeral i forced myself to cry so people wouldn't judge me (it's not that i wasn't upset about it!.!.i just didn't feel like expressing myself that way)!.

now!.!.i'm so sensitive! i've cried more in the past few years than ever before!. mostly because of frustration/stress, or when i really love someone and they disrespect me or hurt me!. sometimes i can't help it!.
i've even felt like crying for no reason at all, well not apparent to me anyway!. i just feel like something's weighing down on me and i need to cry but i don't want to and it'll just weigh on me for days until it builds up into me picking a fight with someone or something!.

what are some ways you relieve tension!?

i'd like to try some different things so 1) i don't cry so much (i feel stupid when i do) and 2) to basically just relieve stress!.!.!.so i don't feel like something's bothering me all the time!.

i sing or dance to relieve stress!. if that's not your thing then a hot bath, going for a walk, sports, art or something else you enjoy are good ways to loosen up some!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

In times of stress, try slow deep breaths!. Sit/stand tall, close your eyes and take several slow deep breaths!. It may take many minutes but it does help!. It sounds silly, but doing this has helped me calm down on several stressful occasions!.

get a condom, fill it with flour, tie it at the end, automatic stress buddy ;) or! draw, dance, excersise, sing, or watever youre good at, and makes you happyWww@Answer-Health@Com

There are many solutions to relieve stress and/or tension, but some of the more easy-to-do ways are:

1!. Find something you like to do, and do it!. Have fun by reading books, dancing, going on walks, you get the idea!.

2!. Meditate!. Okay, I know that this seems cliche, but I do it and it works!. Just sit cross-legged on a comfortable (but firm) surface, put your hands on your knees, and breathe in and out deeply!. In through the nose, out through the mouth!. Helps relieve tension any day!.

3!. Exercises!. Yeah, this kind of goes in the "something you like to do" category, but even if you don't like exercising, it's a great way to get rid of stress!. Lift weights, do sit-ups, whatever!. Don't go psycho on us, now, and make yourself ripped, but do have an occasional moderate/intense workout session whenever you're steamed!. I repeat, occasional workout sessions!. You don't want to hurt yourself by overworking yourself now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
