Question: I felt nervous during phone conversation!?
i feel nervous and can't able to speak properly during phone conversation, what should i do to get-rid out!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suffered the same problem when I was young!. After some practice I overcame it!.Now I enjoy speaking over phone!.But I still feel nervous talking over mobile when i dont hear clearly!.

!!.first you have to listen to what other person is talking!.If there is some disturbance due to phone or external sounds dont feel shy to ask other person to repeat!.
2!.there is no urgency to answer!. you can take your own time and respond at your comfort!.
3!.you need not speak right into mouth piece!. even if it is a little away your voice will be heard by the other person!.
4!.No need to keep the ear phone close to ur ear unless there is some external disturbance!.
first practice speking to ur friends and family to gain confidance!.
5!.first always ask who is speaking!. if the other person does not reveal identity u can politely refuse to extend talk!.Never answer questions with out knowing who is calling!.
6!.when you are calling somebody always introduce (identify) your self and then ask who is on the other side!.
7!.Most important: always keep ready on a small paper all the points u want to discuss over a phone!. This is important when u are talking to a superior officer, or some busy people, or long distance calls!.this wil not only save money but also prevents from deviation to other topics!.Many people start thinking about what to talk after dialing the number!.That is not a good habit!.

Depends on when you feel nervous!. If it's during all conversations, then perhaps you can craft a script for those that you deem important conversations to yourself!. If you don't have ideas, you can check the net for advise or ask friends when you meet them face to face!. If you must react spontaneously, you can try sms or email as you have enlisted help through this means!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Say to yourself "Come on!.!.!.its just a phone call"!.!.!.seems you aren't confident of yourself and of what you are!.!.
Be confident of what you are!.!.!.If you want to practice how to speak to girls, stand in front of the mirror and talk to yourself!.!.!.talk to your female friends!.!.!.
The only way to get out of nervousness is to be confident about yourself!.!.If you feel you aren't up to mark!.!.go for a personality development course!.!.all they teach you is to be proud of what you are!.!.!.

Take it easy, try to stand straight and know its only a simple phone conversation!. If you want, do a small demo by standing in front of the mirror and speaking up or sing out loud!. Recording yourself talking helps you improve as well with speaking skills!. It may take time, but its worth the effort!.

say to yourself that phone call is just a phone call!.

Take a deep breathe and be alert, be present, be ready at the same time - before you pick it up!.

Other thing is, its more nervous breaking when facing people compare to answering a phone call!.
