You don't have to be in turmoil to talk to a good therapist who can help you clarify what you want to achieve and learn some good new coping skills!.

And, trust me, you are only 18, so more life experience will take care of your shyness!

Talk to someone and be what you want to be!.

You are a child of God!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Volunteer at a homeless shelter or soup kitchen for about 2-3 weeks then see how you feel about yourself and your situation!. Perspective has alot to do with self image!.

I don't see a red flag here (not alot to be concerned with)!. We are an "over-therapized" nation, relying excessively on therapists and not enough on life experience, exposure and a bit of reality!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
