Question: I am losing my mind, way too stressed, can't handle it, how can I manage my stress!?
I am a really busy person, I go to school & work quite a bit, I find myself constantly on edge, I always feel stressed because i've gotten so used to it, I am starting to become very irritable, I need to find a way to calm myself down & deal with situation better because its effecting my school work, I can't concentrate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try burning off some of that stored up stress energy by doing something physically challenging like a bicycle ride, hand ball or raquetball, anything that requires re-concentration, focus, and physical effort!.
