Question: What comes in your mind every night before you go to sleep!?
I was just wondering what comes in your mind before you go to bed each day!.Like when I go to sleep I sometimes think about random things!.What should I think about to be more relaxed!? I haven't had a good sleep lately with all the school work I have to do to keep up with my classes!.I just want to go to bed now that Im on Thanksgiving break and just relax without thinking of school and think about something else!.Like what do you think about before you go to sleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The thing that automatically comes to my mind is my Anxiety!. & then FEAR like how i feel im losing my mind, or someone breaking into my house, & i also think of all the things i did in that day & what happened & stuff like that, sometimes it takes me hours on end to fall asleep, i think i think too much lolzWww@Answer-Health@Com

I don't really think about anything before I go to sleep, well!.!. maybe I look back on the day and think about all the things I have done or when I struggle to get to sleep, take a few deep breaths or get a drink of hot milk/hot chocolate or something, anything that helps you relax!. I've been told that you should at least spend two hours off the computer before going bed, as when your on the computer, it makes your mind excited!. Try to stay away from the computer/television and don't do too much exercising before going to bed!.

Think about happy things or memories or think of a nice dream before you go to sleep, in the hope of it continuing whilst you are asleep!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure depends on what's going on around me at the time!. If I'm anxious about something then that's what I'll think about, most of the time I can get to sleep but I wake up 3 or 4 hours later and that's when it starts and it takes me 2 or more hours to finally get back to sleep!.!.!. really annoying!.

Sometimes it helps to write stuff down (get it off your chest) or get things sorted (in order) on paper so that you don't need to keep thinking about it anymore cause you know it's sorted out on paper!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I always think about great memories of mine, like, example, mine is usually when I saw Panic at the Disco live with one of my best friends, was the best night ever, I also think about things which make me happy and I sleep to my favourite songs which I put into a playlist!.

drinking a glass of warm milk before going to sleep is a good suggestion!. think that you want to relax and nothing else!. praying before you sleep is a big help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when im going to ever be normal again!. ( anxiety disorder) i hate this life that im now living and wish everynight before bed to be that normal person again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
