I've tried it now for about two weeks!. I'm using a product called Celexil from Netwon Everitt which is a blend of 5-HTP and St, John's Wort!. I'm sure it is helping but it causes me insomnia (on only one a day! - recommended is 2-4 a day)!.

May not cause insomnia for most but I seem particularly susceptible!.

Take a look at HappyDays (100mg 5-HTP) from Healthspan who I can recommend as a reliable and reputable supplier,
