It's never pointless to go, no matter how good or bad your problems are, it can always be of some help! and from the sound of it, it seems as though you have some underlying issues to these feelings, so it seems like a good idea to me!.!.!.you could end up stuffing all these feelings til they build up and you can contain them anymore and you freak out and break down or become an addict, and then youll be really hurting! so, i suggest you try it, it wont hurt!

good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wish I had gone to a psychiatrist or some sort of mental health counselor when I was your age!. Yes, yes go to a therapist because your negative feelings will only persist if you don't do anything about it now!. The therapist will be able to help you because they've had training in the mental health field and you can talk to him or her about your suicidal feelings!. And maybe they'll think medication will help your depression or maybe talk therapy will be sufficient or some other diagnosis!. Well, whatever they decide, it will be for your benefit!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At your age, there is a good chance that your depressed periods are some sort of a hormonal imbalance!. -please also recognize the difference between depression or just feeling down and blue for a while!. I would suggest to consult a physician first to exclude any other health problems!.
so heads up and no more talk about taking your life!. it's god given and very precious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Suggest you talk with your family doctor!. Maybe a small chemical imbalance that could be corrected by meds!. But please understand, there is nothing worth ending your life!.You are 15 and life can take all kinds of ups and downs!. I have had the same going on for 57yrs,but I keep going as I am sure giving up would not solve anything!. Here is a saying I heard that is very good!. " Suicide is a permanet solution to a temporary problem!." I'm not a bible thumping person ,but I do believe that God and Jesus are always waiting to offer help to anyone that will just ask!. So try prayer and talk with a priest, minister,or any leader of your faith!.Life is a very precious gift, don't throw it away!.Life is a great journey, you have to experience the whole trip!.Everyone is a child of God and only he knows your true destiny!. Just ask him for help and guidance, you may be pleasently surprised!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes suicide is a very serious issue!. Thoughts can lead to an attempt!. A shrink could help you!. If he or she doesn't feel you are in any danger he will not discuss anything with your parents either!.I just started therapy and I have to go back!. I am 16 and I am yet to tell him my thoughts of suicide!. Believe me from my experience so far!. You will feel better and they can help you if you tell someone!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Better visit, and let him/her prescribe you some meds for these periods!.If condition is longer, then there's possibility you can develop something more serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
