Question: Please help i feel like i am about to have a nervous break down!?
i have be employed with this company over a 1 yr and i just got married to someone in an authority position at the store!. the company was nice enough to transfer me to another store!. i literally feel alone now at both stores i cry when i enter the new or old one!. i feel like the new one just took me to get me off of the other ones shoulder!. i have been very uncomfortable at each store enough that i just want to shop at the competitors and not have to deal with where i work at all!. i honestly feel like i need to do something but i am not sure what any help would be wonderful!? and if you tell me to be happy i have job please move on i need some real help and not criticism!.

I know how you feel!. I used to love my job (In retail), but the last few months I've been really stressed about going (there's been changes and I always feel like I have to do 10 things at the same time)!. It has made me really depressed, which I imagine is how you're feeling!. I've actually had to go to the doctor and have been given antidepressants, which I'm not sure are going to help with the job, but I'm not feeling quite as depressed and anxious as I was!.

Many companies have a policy of doing this, to prevent husband/wife problems from leaking into the running their business, and because other employees feel uneasy about such things, and may worry about favouritism, and nepotism!. You could try finding out who suggested the move, and contacting them!. Otherwise, start looking elsewhere!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Just remember there is no such thing as a nervous break down!.
In fact you are under a lot of stress at the moment!.
Why on earth did your company need to transfer you at all, lots of married couples work in the same place!.

Now don't worry! Things like this have a way of working out, but you must do some communicating!. Try requesting a meeting with your boss and the one from the other store!. Your spouse should be there for you on this as well!. Speak honestly about how the situation makes you feel and stress many times how you want to be an asset to the company!. A proactive role in employee relations is highly respectable!. If it doesn't work, consider changing companies by exploring what jobs are becoming available in your area!.
