I cant sleep at night HELP!?!


Question: I cant sleep at night HELP!!?
Hiya,
Well I have a sleeping problem that is really getting bad now and I would love some tips to help me get to sleep at night!.
Because I used to get to sleep at around midnight but now I am getting to sleep at 3am onwards!.
I just cant get to sleep because I have really bad nightmares etc etc etc (I no its bad :S )

It's probably some stress you are having!. I suffered from insomnia for about 5 to 6yrs after both my parents passed away in the same year! So you see, that was my stress n my health suffered with it!. My immune system was topsy turvy and so did my physical appearance!. Finally, about 4yrs ago, someone introduced me to a herbal drink which helped to correct my "troubled" system naturally because my cells were terribly disrupted over those few years of sleeping problem!.
As for you, i suggest you to do some light breathing exercise (if your sleeping problem just started), try to drink some warm milk an hour before bedtime and see if it helps!. nightmares are usually caused by stress!.
i went through a stage of complete insomia !.!. 3 days and nights with no sleep and then when i collapsed i started sleeping through the day and waking up at night , sleeptalking too !.
WHAT HELPED :
NOT diazapam or vallium !!! a doctor gave me these and i had really bad trips about household objects and hands trying to kill me!.!.( if you have nightmares you definately dont want these+ btw sometimes they are used as heroin substitutes to get the strength into perspective)
light excersizes right before bed (gentle stretches and breathing - try yoga)
Kalms herbal sleeping pills even though they dont last long if you take 4 at a time (reccomended on the jar !!?)
burning incense sticks
dim lighting
makesure your comfortable and not too hot or cold

if u go to sleep at 3, MAKE YOURSELF get up at around 7 am, then by that night you will be very tired, and your sleep pattern will be fixed!. Dont keep lying in bed late into the day!. Get back in a routine of regular sleeping hours!.

If you think there are ghosts then place a Bible beside your bed, it scares off anything evil!. It really does!. So put that there and dont worry, and talk to someone if u have problems like this in the future!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, I used to have exactly the same problem!. I used to sleep a total of about 2 hours a night!. It was awful so I know how u feel!.
I watched a program about sleep deprivation and they gave the advice of changing one of the light bulbs to blue!.
Apparently it helps calm babies so why not help calm us too! I followed there advice and changes my bedside lamp to a blue colour!. It took a while to get used to but it certainly helps me sleep a lot better!.
They are loads of other things you can do to help you sleep better!.!.!. try some of these!.

Try reading or writing!.
Maybe record your thoughts in a diary!?
Sleep with the lights onor get up at 2am and stay up till the next night, I've been doing that recently because I'm so behind on work, trust me that gets you to sleep the next nightWww@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise is a good thing against sleeping problems!. If that doesn't work, then talk about it with your friends or family!. See a doctor in case of prolonged issues!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Having an orgasm first helps sometimes!. Try a drink aswell!. A combination of the two ussually sends me to sleep earlier than most of my female friends find acceptable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
