Answers:
I was once very very very shy!. it was to the point people thought i was mute haha!.

1) they dont talk much, look nervous when in a crowd, blush all the time even if its just because someone spoke to them, sometimes they may seem sad or depressed!. but usually they are not

2) i overcame my shyness mostly!. i just started being around people who made me feel comfortable and who were outgoing!. so i started realizing i had nothing to worry about and i started to get over it!. im still shy about somethings ( well its just really saying my emotions aloud that i am shy about) so i guess you get over it to an extent!.

3)i've never watched this process but i lived it so maybe i can give you a different point of view!. Becoming more outgoing gave me a genuine sense of happiness!. it made life much more enjoyable!. I am very happy i've changed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
