I go through a lot of feelings, one moment Im completely happy and then another Im crying my eyes out!. Im so emotional!.!.
I dont want to tell anyone about my feelings!. Im the type of person who bottles my feelings up and lets them out when Im alone!.!. but they never seem to go away!. Im so stuck on the past!.!. I just cant let go!. My self esteem has had so many blows; my confidence is tragic!.

I just want advice on what to do!.!. because honestly I dont know what there is to do!. =/

Talk to your Dr!. and maybe a counselor!.!.!.get some real info not just from everyone around you, Don't be ashamed!. It is scary to ask but many of us have and we are better for it!. Sounds like you've been through alot!. You need to find some way to separate these things from you!.!.!.put them away so you aren't going through this everyday!.!.!. Your dr!. maybe able to direct you to a group your age to help you!.!.!.!.!.good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't talk to the parents then, take it straight to the doctor!. And don't be embarrassed, or ashamed, that is what they are there for; to help you! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bipolar is not feeling completely happy one minute and sad the next!. Bipolar is someone going through a phase where everything is sped up, like in fast-forward, and they feel sort of 'high,' for weeks or months at a time, then they go through a phase where they're very depressed for a long period of time!.
It sounds like you're definitely depressed, though, and having some mood swings, and a pretty rough time dealing with it, especially with your parents not really being there for you!. You said you don't want to talk about it, but sometimes it's the only thing that helps!. If you don't want to talk to people you know because you don't want them to judge you, you can call your local crisis line!. The number's in the phonebook, and it's completely anonymous!.
Otherwise, you've got to blow off some steam sometime!. It's just going to build and build like a pressure cooker unless you deal with it!. Ignoring it will not make it go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your happiness and sanity means anything to you, then you should talk to someone!. There are plenty of help hotlines for teens, young adults and adults if they want to talk to someone in confidence!. You didn't say how old you were but this is a toll free number for Youth in Crisis 1*800*448*4663!. If you don't like the sound of this one, try to google teen help hotlines, there are PLENTY!. They are professionals or trained to deal with many different situations!. Give it a try!. Or if you love and trust your parents, you should talk to them!. I remember what it's like to be young and to think your parents don't understand!. However, you'd be surprised how supportive they will be!. Maybe your not bipolar after all, maybe you just need someone to talk to!. Instead of bottling up your feelings, talk to someone, anyone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should probably tell your parents first!. You never know, they might surprise you!. If they do react the way you said then you can tell a trusted teacher next!. Teachers or the school nurse can better advise than most people here can but they would probably suggest you see a doctor or a therapist for some meds if the doctors agree with your assessment!. But try your parents first!. Sit them down and be serious and if they see you're serious and tell them you want to see a doctor then they'll be more apt to believe you rather than think you're being a drama queen or something and make light of it!. Good luck to you!. Cheers :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
