Question: How do I meditate or get into a deep state of relaxation!?
hey people, I've decided I want to get in touch with my zen more, to get away from my busy lifestyle, so does anyone know of ways that I can induce myself into a deep state of relaxation or zen and really get rid of stress, or just ways to meditate and feel good and relaxed!? thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

A variant of EMDR: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy, which has been used successfully for those people suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, insomnia, and anxiety, is shown in section 42, on page i, at ezy-build!. I have found that the 2 - 3 minutes spent using the EMDR markedly reduces distractions to the relaxation process, and is repaid many times over!.

firstly keep away from hypnotism,unless done by a medical proffesional it is not safe!.meditation is not hard,simply find a quiet peaceful place at home to begin with,close the curtains put on some relaxing spiritual music,light a few candles ,set the scene for relaxation!.sit cross legged upon the floor,close your eyes and breath deep and evenly,concentrate on your breathing,listen to it and relax,try to block out all thought of everyday things,picture something in your mind,i choose colours and just relax!.you dont need deep meditation,that comes with experience and really should be done with another person able to bring you out if need be,meditation is good for the mind to relax and find yourself,there are many books to help and even groups,yoga is good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

On Youtube, search up "Hypnotism!." There are videos that can actually put you into a deep state of unknowingness, and bliss!. I would recommend getting some full-ear headphones, and totally believing in the hypo!. It really is amazing stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
