Answers:
Most common symptoms are:

1!.) Delusions of being controlled by an external force
2!.) The belief that thoughts are being inserted into or withdrawn from one's conscious mind
3!.) The belief that one's thoughts are being broadcast to other people
4!.) Hearing hallucinatory voices that comment on one's thoughts or actions or that have a conversation with other hallucinated voices!.

or the same thing in simpler terms:

* Audible thoughts
* Voices heard arguing
* Voices heard commenting on one's actions
* Experience of influences playing on the body
* Thought withdrawal
* Thought insertion - Thoughts are ascribed to other people who intrude their thoughts upon the patient
* Thought diffusion (also called thought broadcast)
* Delusional perception

Look up the DSM-IV!. It'll give you a pretty good overview of it, and look up psychosis, as well!. To be honest, though, people with schizophrenia are quite varied and it also depends on what stage of schizophrenia they're at!. If I had to take a guess at the most common signs and symptoms, though, I'd say: hallucinations (visual, auditory, olfactory, etc!.), delusions, thought disorder, and flat or blunted affect!. Again, this is a guess and very vague and generalized!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Usually people start looking at diagnosing someone with it when they think they can hear things or hear people talking about them that clearly are not!. Possible visual hallucinations too but the most common symptom is probably hearing voices!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Agorophobia, delusions {"Seeing or hearing things"} Manic Depression,and a lot of times intense panic disorder or paranoia!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
