Question: Suicide attempt!?!?!?!?!?
i attempted suicide in 8th grade what would happen to me if the hospital found out i really tried killing myself instead of an accidental overdose!. i was scared at the time so i kinda lied (im in 10th grade now) im just wondering what they would do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I lost a friend in jr high to suicide!.!.!. its the most selfish way to go out!. The question is WHY did you try to commit suicide!? Are things bad at home!? You might have a mental disorder, like I do!. I have bipolar mania, and I have thought about suicide many times, though I have never acted on it!. But since my doctor put me on some meds I havent been thinking about it any more!. I suggest you see a doctor or psychiatrist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well there is nothing they can do now!. That was 2 years ago!. They would make sure your parents had all the right resources for you should you feel that way again!. Suicide is for quitters!. Don't you want to see how this mess all cleans up!? I attempted suicide, well that is what I thought I wanted til I was in the hospital with stitches in my wrist and a psychologist telling me I was a "cutter" not suicidal!. And they called me a cab and I went home!. Just keep it to yourself for now, and make sure you don't ever get that desperate again!. If you do call someone a friend, relative, counselor etc!. Someone you can talk to!. A lot of times it just takes someone to get your mind off of what was hurting at the time that made you feel so desperate!. Or come on here and chat it up!. I attempted suicide when I was 16 when I was drunk and split up with this girl I liked plus I was into drugs and binge drinking!. Look man no one knows what happens to us when we're dead you could get born as a weird duck thing having to hunt for every meal and have to watch out for predators whatever it is death can't be good and if you think that would make you feel wrong it be worse or yet nothing either way it's a waste of time and you don't need that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
They'd probably keep an eye on your behavior and if they think that you are a harm to yourself they'd most likely put you under 72 hour suicide watch!. or recommed a therapist!. I don't think they can keep you or place you under suicide watch from your past!. If your parents didn't know at the time they may tell your parents, but I don't think they would!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
A lot of us have tried!. Me too, when I was ten!. Many years later, the thought pops into my head almost every day, but I just tough it out!.
The truth is that I really don't want to end my life, and never did!.
What I wanted was for my life to make a drastic a change for the better!. And it eventually did!.
