I need to get my sleeping patterns sorted, how?!


Question: I need to get my sleeping patterns sorted, how!?
i sleep at 7am and wake up around 5pm!.!.!.!.
i dont know how my sleeping got so screwed up but i have work at 7:30 am in the mornings and by then i am so tired staying up is not an option!. After work i have uni and its such a long day!. Last week i didnt go casue it was so screwed up!. I am at work tomorrow and the time is 5:52 pm (morning for me) and i have to find a way of making myself go to sleep!.!.my bf has the same problem too and that makes it even harder!

Set a schedule for yourself!. Go to sleep and wake up at the same times everyday, even on the weekends!.

Set your alarm and don't hit the snooze button!. Place the alarm on the otherside of the room so you have to get out of bed to turn it off!. Keep your window shades open, so that light will enter your bedroom!. The body naturally will try to get into a rhythm to wake up with the sun!. Aim for 8 hours of sleep!.

Find time to exercise for at least 30 minutes most days of the week!. After a good workout, your body will want rest at night!. Sex will also have the same effect!. Don't drink too much alcohol before sleeping, it interrupts deep sleep!.

Dim your lights around the time you want to go to bed, so that your body gets sleepy!. Go to sleep when you are tired!. If you can't fall asleep within 30 minutes of laying there, I say!.!.!. get up and do something until you are tired, just don't hit that snooze button in the morning or else the pattern will repeat the next night!.

Get your boyfriend involved in the process and try to make it fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com

To restart your sleeping patterns, use water!. Drink chamomile tea about half an hour before the time you want to sleep!. Stretch your neck and shoulders about an hour before!. Turn off all electronics!. Do not read the news or look at TV for 3 hours before!. Listen to soothing music instead!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
