Question: My 15 year old daughter insists on walking around the house naked and claims to be a nudist!?
I've tried discussing this with her, I've tried grounding, punishing, etc!.
Nothing works!
This isn't a big deal when I'm the only one in the house, but the main problem is that she will even do this when her step-dad and step-brother are here!.
How do I stop her!?

She is looking for a reaction, if you don't give her one then she will get bored with it and quit!. There is no real harm done by the behavior itself, but, what needs to be looked into is why she wants that attention!. She may be trying to get back at you for something she feels is unfair, or she may feel that you don't spend enough time with her!. Real or not something like that may be the root of the problem!. I could be that she is trying to assert some independence!. While she can't be allowed to do whatever she wants, it often helps to give her an acceptable way to have some control over her life!. She seems to be looking for a way to upset you so if you know why that is you will have better control over it!.

Just ignore it for a couple more weeks and see if it's just a phase and will pass!.!.!.
If it gets worse or continues much past that them tell her you want her to get into therapy and talk to a doctor and look into her "mental disorder"!. Tell her she's going to need some professional help and start treating her like she's a nutcase and talking about taking her to psychiatrists and stuff and I bet she quits on her own :P

Honestly, try talking to her!. Something may have happened to trigger this type of reaction!.!. maybe even a physical/sexual assault!? I know that's awful but she might just be trying to attract attention!. Try a therapist!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
