Question: Social Anxiety stopping me having a girlfriend!?
i have never had a girlfriend because of my social anxiety even though i am in my mid thirties!. is that just sad!? and pathetic!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Once I have social anxiety, but at last I found the key reason why I got social anxiety: because I don't believe in anybody, I thought they just laughed at me, it made me very painful, I rejected talking with them and felt very uneasy with them!.
In fact, nowadays I know most of the people are really nice to me, if I believe in them, I would feel relax, it's a positive feedback loop!. Now I have a beautiful girlfriend, and I always talks much with my friends
Just try to believe in the others, most people are not that bad

Yes it is sad!. No it isn't pathetic!. There are medications for anxiety you could be taking, and there are treatment modalities to help you overcome your social anxiety!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
