Question: Why do i do this!? i incorporate my imagination into real converstations!?
Lke whatever is in my head, ill say it in conversations, even if the topic has nothing to do with what they ask about!. Like on the phone, they'll ask me did i go to the store today!? ill answer No cuz the snipers were everywhere! i was ducking down but no matter whre i went they kept shooting me!
and i go on and on and on and even bring names like randy wouldnt let me he told me to wait here and he didnt come back!. I used that as an example, a war scenario, cuz thats the most recent one thats hapeend to me!.
i freak alot of people out and i cant hold a conversation!. Do i need to tell my psychiatrist about this!? im diagnosed bipolar with psychosis!. Is this a sign my symptoms worsened!? Is there a specific name for what i am starting to do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm sorry i didn't read this question first, there is a name for what is going on with you!.!.!. It is scitzo effective!. Which means you have scitzophrenic tendencies, or depending on how old you are u may be developing scitzophrenia!. Please call your doctor in the morning and talk to him about what you are experiencing, and be willing to take some meds!.!.!.remember what i said in the answer to your other question!. I have had a good friend have to go into the psych ward for 2 months because of what u have, she would not take meds and she got so bad that she became homicidal and suicidal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Psychosis is described as a loss of contact with reality!. Some people who have it experience delusional beliefs, and may exhibit personality changes and disorganized thinking!. This may be accompanied by unusual or bizarre behavior, as well as difficulty with social interaction !. So it does sound like Psychosis symptoms to me but It would be a good idea to check with your psychiatrist, just to be safe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
