My mind is racing! i feel like things are unresolved, what should I do?!

Question: My mind is racing! i feel like things are unresolved, what should I do!?
a few weeks ago, i was at my breaking point!

between a stressful job and worrying about my bro's relationship with me, i felt completely worried and did not feel good!.

luckily the job was only temp and my assignment just ended, so i feel better about that!.

now the worry about the relationship with my bro lingers!.

i feel like because he's so laid back and doesnt show much emotion, not the huggy type, in my mind, i feel like im not getting the love i want from him!.

i know he loves me though!. but im questioning it!. why doesn't he love me more!?

i talked with him a few weeks ago and asked him if everything in his life was fine and he said yes!. i asked him if he had my support and he gave me a strange look and said why would you ask that!?

sometimes im afraid of what he'll say will rub me the wrong way and make me feel worse, even though not done on purpose!.

hes my brother and i love him so much!.

this needs to get straightened out, but how!?

i feel like im stuck :[

how should i approach him and what should i say to get this resolved!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes it helps to tell him how you feel rather than asking him for more affection!. He probably doesn't understand your needs emotionally and probably he thinks everything is going fine!. If you could open up about your own feelings rather than finger pointing, I am sure you could resolve this issue!. I hope everything goes well!. I can imagine how it can be stressful!. It might just be his age and how he feels about family right now!. When I was younger (early to late teens) I didn't want anything to do with my younger or older sister!. I'm 24 now and I care about them so much! If he's in his early teens just give him time, he'll come around!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you shouldnt try to force your brother into more affection than he wants to give, and realize he may have a different personality type than you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
