Question: Do I have a disorder!. Please help!.!?
I live in Europe and it is really cold in my country now, like zero Celsius!. I hate the cold so much that if I have to stand outside I feel like crying!. My whole body goes numb and my fingers go white and rigor-mortised!. I want to go to the city with my friends today but I am so afraid of the cold I cant get out of bed!. The only season I like is Summer!. I hate winter so much!. I have and intolerance to the cold!. Is this a disorder and what can i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is a disorder called Raynauds where you get cold hands and feet I attach a link below!.
You could just have bad circulation (like me, I hate the cold and try not to go out in winter), Gingko Biloba herb thins the blood thus helping circulation!. Although dont take Aspirin whilst taking it!. You can buy gingko biloba from health shops!.
Invest in some Thermal leggings or thermal tights and a thermal vest!. Thermal gloves and cold weather hiking socks will help too!. If you have a a store called Millets they sell them or find a camping shop!.
I get the very bad itching when I go in the cold, drives me insane!.
Also if your going out, dont wear cardigans that are knitted so they have holes in them, they wont keep the heat in!. Proper fleeces are the way to go!.
And try to wear a hat as this keep heat in, but you end up with hat hair when you take it off!.

I don't think it is!. I don't think you have a disorder!. If you feel so cold, why don't you wear a thicker clothing to warm yourself up!. Just learn how to adapt!. That is what most people do!.
