Question: Why does he sleep so much!!?
my boyfriend constantly sleeps all the time for like 12 hours a night on the weekend and then goes back to sleep after being up for three or four hours!. he gets a minimum of like 7 hours during the week and he says he is tired all the time! i dont know what is wrong with him or why he is like this!.!. help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there could be a couple things, one he could just be really busy like if he has lots of work to be done, (like homework if y our in H!.S!.) or having a job, being involved with sports or clubs!. or if he seems sad a lot, idk why it is, but people who are sad or depressed tend to be tired!. i don't want to jump to conclusions, especially sense i don't know him, but it could be a form of depression, or it could be he is just too busy!. From a mental health standpoint, oversleeping for hours and hours is a symptom of extreme depression, especially if he has only taken to this habit recently!. You are right to question if something more serious is going on with him!. Talk to him about how he feels emotionally!.!.!. could his job be physically draining!?
See if you think that any of these describe him, and if you can, ask some trusted mutual friends or discreet family members to do the same!. If you come to a reasonably solid consensus, talk with him about what steps he can take to feel better!.

Perhaps he is running away from the real world or he is just tired because of blood levels, he might be anemic, or something else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
