Can anxiety from ocd cause chest soreness?!


Question: Can anxiety from ocd cause chest soreness!?
so I have thought based ocd and this past week my anxiety was pretty bad from it!. my chest is tight and sore to the touch!. my heart feels fine and I dont feel dizzy!. I am 22 in great shape I probly exercise too much and diet too much which I hope didnt cause this but Ive also felt this before a long time ago like 4 or 5 months ago and me and my doc concluded it was stress but now Im wondering if ocd can cause it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you get sore to the touch in the chest area (over the sternum, right!?) it is usually costochondritis, an inflammation of the cartilage that connects the ribs to the sternum!. It can be intensified or incited by stress!. Try to take it easy, and take supplements that support joint health and have anti-inflammatory properties!.
