My Grandmother died and I don't feel a thing, is this wrong?!

Question: My Grandmother died and I don't feel a thing, is this wrong!?
Recently my Grandmother on my Father's side passed away!.

Now, I wasn't exactly close to her, she was never exactly nice to me giving me no real reason to miss her!.
Not to mention she is on my Father's side and he was an abusive bastard to my Mother and Me, and I'm guessing it's partially her fault he is the way he is because his father was never around so there weren't many other people who could've turned him the way he is!.

Is it weird that I don't feel even a hint of sadness that she has died!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
No, it's not weird!. People have many different reactions when someone dies!. Some people get numb, some grieve terribly, and some have other reactions!. If this is someone who you did not know very well at all then it is not strange that you are not overcome by grief when she died!.

The only comment that I will make is that you shouldn't blame her for your father's behavior, since he is an adult and he is responsible for his own choices in life and what he does!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can understand why you question this, as it's not too common!. I think that if you are neutral towards her death, you have done nothing wrong!. You can't help the way you feel!.

If you were to be happy (which is very different from "relieved") about her death, then that is unusual and probably not a healthy sign!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. I wasnt close to my grandad either and I didnt feel anything when he died!. I didnt cry at all!. I hardly saw him really!.

If you didnt see her much and didnt know her then I am not surprised you feel nothing!.There is nothing wrong with you!.
Dont feel bad that you dont!.

If you weren't close it can be normal not to feel sad!. Also, denial is the first stage of grieving, so it is common not to feel anything at first, but you may feel sad or angry later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is not a bit weird or unusual in my opinion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you weren't close and there was some bad blood in the past, then I'd say it's perfectly normal!.
