Answers:
When your sleep deprived, your mind is stuck between awake and asleep; the line is blurred!. Your brain is trying to create dreams because it's not sure whether you're awake or asleep; therefore, you see and hear 'dreams' while awake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This happens with everyone except it just depends on the days of not sleeping!.

Your body will give you many signs that you need to sleep, including creating things that do not exsist!. its the balance within your brain, and with lack of sleep the blance of chemicals dont interact aswel as they would if you are having the average of 8 hours a night!.

Also, if you are taking recreational drugs, or have ever taken them, then this may have something to do with aswel!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exhaustion can blur the lines between reality and your dreams!. I think maybe the part of your brain that creates dreams kicks in when you're awake because you need sleep!. I can't remember the name of the condition but I used to have this sleep paralysis when I was awake but I couldn't move and I would start hallucinating!. It can be really frightening so I hope you manage to get more sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's called exhaustion!.I watched a thing on 60 minutes about a month ago, and they tested several different people!. the results were astounding!.All of what you have described is what the guy that went without sleep for 36 hours described!.Try and get yourself into a regular sleep pattern and even if you can't sleep if you lay down your body will be rested!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I knew a guy who went legally insane after having severe insomnia for 3 months!. Hallucinations are a common side effect of sleep deprivation!. The guy actually went playing bongos (a small kind of drum) bare naked down a busy sidewalk! They had to hospitalize him for him to sleep!. A doctor can help you see these links for more info:

That's happened to me too!. Usually I see things that aren't really there, or my brain interprets one thing to be something completely different!. I'm not quite sure why, but i'm going to come back and see who gives good answers, because I'm curious too! Thanks for posting this question!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
