What are good medications for OCD?!

Question: What are good medications for OCD!?
Severe anxiety and panic attacks!?

I'm currently taking 60mg of Prozac as well as !.05 or something of Clonzepam!.

I've noticed a slight change in my OCD, however, I'm terrified to let go some of my rituals!.

But!. Over the past few months, I've gotten increasingly more depressed!. I no longer question if I would ever commit suicide, it's a just factor of when, where, and how!. The doctor keeps upping my dose in Prozac thinking that it is working since I am seeing a change in my OCD and I can actually sleep most nights!.

I don't take my medication every day!. I think that could also come into play with me becoming depressed!. Here's the thing though: I just can't make myself get out of bed to take my medication!. I take it on the days I go to work, but when I don't work, I lay in bed all day!. And I don't even think about my medication!. I just don't feel like taking!. And I just can't make myself (even knowing that I should) take it!. Also!. I've lost 15 to 20 pounds (I started out at 105) the last few months!. It's the same with my medicine!. I just can't make myself get out of bed to eat!. And now I obsess over my weight loss and have become slightly anorexic, I think!.

Anyways!. If you have any insight on my situation, I would like to hear it!.
As well, do you think there's a better medication for OCD!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Sounds like the Prozac is working so it may get better with time, other SSRI's that do the same job but may effect depression and anxiety in different ways regarding side effects and successfull treatment of symptoms are fluvoxamine (Luvox), sertraline (Zoloft), paroxetine (Paxil), citalopram (Celexa), and clomipramine (Anafranil)!. Anafranil has been around the longest and is the best studied throughout the world!.

I don't know how but i seem to be managing my pure OCD thoughts and anxiety on just 1/4 of a citalopram pill (10mg) i should be on 40 or 50 mg at least!.

I did CBT, maybe if u tried that with the Prozac and see if that makes a difference!? your doc will give you a free referral!.

Thing is though, i'm so bad i can't work properly so if you are working then you are doing very very well!.
