yes it is normal to happen infact sometimes you can actually lose track of reality and soon need an reality check so to speak
you really need to tell a close friend about your problems adn try not to keep them bottled up inside cause that can lead to depression and if not seen after can sometimes lead to suicide or suicidal thoughts so please let some one knoWww@Answer-Health@Com

Catholic of not, you can walk into any confessional and unload your problems anonymously to a Priest!. Any clergyman (or woman) will listen without judgment and council you on the best way to relieve or solve your problem!. Don't keep it bottled up, talk it put with someone!Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like you may have a form of OCD where you have the Obsession part!. You think and ruminate about things and they loop over and over in your head!. I have it too!. The way I keep from obsessing and thinking way too much is to call someone up-a friend, fam member and hear how they are doing and focus on their problem!. Doing things for others makes us feel good and forget about ourselves and obsessing about stuff that is not even important!. EXERCISE! That's the BEST!. Running, biking, even just taking a long walk helps!. Also, I noticed taking vitamins and supplements like fish oil help tremendously!

So my advice:
Switch the focus to someone else for a day
Exercise for 30 min +
EAt right and taking fish oil (2000mg) daily

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
