I am a high school teacher and my wife recently cheated on me with my friend/work college but i forgave her because i love her!. The other day my car broke so my wife has been picking me up from school!. My phone was off so she came in school to get me, i was just finishing some work when she came in and left her in the room while i went to the staff room to get something but when i came back down and walked in the room i saw the guy that my wife cheated on me with grabbed her, held her, then snogged her!. I was so angry i just exploded and was shouting at him!. I grabbed his collar and he looked pretty scared, probably because he knows how strong i am, but then 2 other teachers came in to see what was going on and got me away from him and calmed me down!. I had to have a meeting with the head teacher about my anger and i am having a few days to cool off!. I don't blame my wife for this because i saw him go on to her, she didn't even kiss back!.
How can i control my anger and keep calm when he is around!?

what he did was assault your wife, have her charge him with assault!. If he is charged and arrested he might think twice before doing so again, and you will have had legal revenge on him!. Anytime someone touches a person without their permission, in any way, it is legally assault!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Already answered this once a few days ago!.!.!. Your wife *IS* the issue and she's the one that cheated on you!. This guy has nothing to do with it really, you need to sort out what the problem is with the marriage!.!.!. She's not just an innocent victim here dude!.!.!.!.
