Which is better: soap or germ-x?!

Question: Which is better: soap or germ-x!?
I'm OCD!. I have a ritual where I wash hands, apply germ-x, then apply hand lotion!.

I have this weird theory where my hands aren't clean enough just by washing hands, but I can't use germ-x instead because that wouldn't make my hands clean enough either!. For some reason I don't believe that germ-x or chemicals really kill germs, like its better to scrub when i clean then to spray chemicals down then wipe it off!. idk why!. maybe it's because i cant see it so much as i can see the suds remove dirt from my hands!.

If germ-x /cleaning chemicals is better than soap, how does it kill the germs and how does it kill them better!?

I'm OCD so don't tell me to not freak out about germs!. I can't help that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It uses rubbing alcohol to clean them!. If you're washing your hands properly with soap and hot water it should kill 99!.9% of germs if you're using anti-bacterial soap!. Germ-x does the same!. So either way you're good!. Just don't over-wash because you'll wreck the skin on your hands, and actually you're prone to more germs when you over-wash because you don't build an immunity to certain germs and will get sick more often!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use soap ONLY!!! Those products which kill germs never kill all of them, and the exposure to it, by those which survive breeds resistance, thereby creating superbugs, which is what is happening in many hospitals today!. They are even developing resistance to vancomycin!. Using antibiotics in animals compounds the problem!. OCD is addressed in section 7, at http://www!.ezy-build!.net!.nz/~shanerisWww@Answer-Health@Com
