Please Help! I am so scared!?!

Question: Please Help! I am so scared!!?
Hi, I am 17 years old and yesterday I gave blood!. I ended up giving double the amount because there is a shortage of blood in the village next to mine!. I was tired all day and I woke up in the middle of the night and my mouth was super dry and I was super thirsty!. Then, my nose started bleeding!.!.!. Is this normal!? It is cold outside where I live so the nosebleed could be related to the cold weather, but I am still really thirsty and scared!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to consult your physician!.!.!. You're having much fluid loss from your body and it is not definitely normal!. Any fluids excreted from your body must be immediately replaced!. Monitor your blood pressure if it is not below 80/60mmHg!. And watch out for further BP decrease since it indicates hemorrhage!. Better consult an expert!. God bless and thanks for reading!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Never give more than the recommended maximum!!! (around 500mls, from memory - decades ago)!. Re-post this question in Science > Medicine here at Y!A!. Take frequent sips of SLIGHTLY salty fluid, like watered down soup!. Eat liver, or red meat, to replace the iron you have lost!. What sort of country allows this!? It was a practice of the Nazis in WW2 !!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am sorry i've never given blood so don't know if this is normal, however i would suggest it is not, so you should probably call your doctor and have a word to him or her about what is happening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
