Im having nausea and panic attacks.........?!

Question: Im having nausea and panic attacks!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
im feeling quite nauseated
its nothing serious im just on dianette tablets (the pill) and they say on the leaflet with them that it normal to feel like this in the first few weeks that you take them
im just wondering if theres anything i can do to make me feel better with that and since ive been taking them ive been having a lot more panic attacks i try to calm down but i cant i keep thinking im going to die from a blood clot because i have a heavy feeling in my on my chest
(i know that sounds quite stupid but i cant help it)
i read that can happen in the leaflet but i know when im not panicking its really because of the panic attacks they can cause chest heaviness
how do i calm myself down from these panic attacks ive tried breathing but that doesn't help and i dont want to stop taking the tablets
if you know any self help methods would be great
thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hi,
I had panic attacks all this year!. And agoraphobia (fear of going out)!.
I discovered that if you try to distract yourself, that can help!. Play games, go onlin and talk to people about other stuff,
just things like that!.
But you will need to start letting it happen, just sitting through it!.
What happened with me sounds like it is happening with you, you think there is a chance you may have a panic attack, which causes you to have one!.
You just have to keep telling yourself you're being stupid because you KNOW nothing is actually going to happen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know what "dianette" tablets are!. But panic attacks are awful!.
So the way I got over them is by letting them in!. Stopping fighting them and just letting them flow through me!.
Hope it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

make someone watch you at all times,
pray and read the bible
turn towards God!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

quit reading the leafletWww@Answer-Health@Com
