Anxiety Breathing Problems?!


Question: Anxiety Breathing Problems!?
I am constantly aware of my breathing, forcing me to manually breath, just a little bit ago I stopped breathing while trying to fall asleep, did not realize I had stopped breathing and about passed out!. Anyone know the causes of this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you get the feeling there is a band around your chest and you cannot take deep breaths or that your lungs never fill up totally!? These are both common symptoms of anxiety!. When you feel aware you're not breathing correctly don't panic think of something else (this is harder than it sounds)!. Try deep breathing exercises like the ones used in meditation, in through your nose till your chest rises upwards about 3 inches and our slowly trough you're mouth!. I would recommend seeing a doctor also as you have passed out in the past!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
