I have anxiety and could use some answers please?!


Question: I have anxiety and could use some answers please!?
I have my good days and my bad days anxiety wise but latley I've had a lot of good days, and today is a bad one already!. Since I've had more good than bad latley the bad days are a lot harder since I'm used to better days!. On days like these I just wnat to crawl up in my bed and not go anywhere and cry!. And the symptoms I experience on these days of my anxiety tend to make me MORE anxious than they do on a normal day!. Does anyone else experience this!? Thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Did you say you are a mommy to be!? (Are you pregnant or adopting!?)
Because that could explain a lot!.

YES, many, including me, have experienced such as that!.
You may have a mild case of depression along with the anxiety!.
You could talk with your doctor about it!. That's a good start!.
And/or to a counselor (even at a church)!.
I will pray the Lord will send you even MORE good days than bad days!.!.!. and that He will also send you good friends to help you along!.

Anxiety and stress are bad for your health, and yes I have experienced both!.
20 minutes of Yoga can help, I promise!. It causes you to focus on breathing and posing and stretching, being inside yourself in a good way!.
Meditation and prayer can go a long way to assist you to focus on things outside of yourself that resemble an intent towards good!.
Generally anxiety and stress are stemmed from pessimistic and defeatist thoughts, so reversing that is important!.

Anxiety can be a hard thing to deal with!., but the only thing you can do is not let this take your life over!. Everyone will tell you to suck it up!. Most people can't!. So my suggestion is try talking to a therapist and see if you can figure out what is causing it!.

Perosnally, when i have an attack, I look myeslf in the mirror and say this is BS, I can get through this!. and I do!. i don't let it take me over!.

Yeah, I've been struggling with this for a few years now and recently it's gotten to be very debilitating!. Someone told me here to breath in slowly for four seconds, hold for four seconds, exhale for no longer than four seconds and repeat!. It actually works really well and has warded off a few attacks!. For the really bad ones I take a valium!. I hope you feel better!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, I too experience the same!. What helps me is prayer and lots of rest!. And sometimes I must push myself in order to keep going!. I wish you all the best!. Do whatever it takes to relax yourself (baths, etc!.)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
