I told them my problem and that is having these extreme thoughts and negative self talks!.!.!. So okay!.!. We had some sessions and now i really have proven that my thoughts are all irrational and its all me that's thinking all these stuffs!.!. but my mind just won't accept the fact that i had these irrational thoughts!! My mind just don't want to accept it!.!. if i accepted it its like i accepted my defeat!. what is going on in my head!?!!?! am i being egotistic here!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I kind of feel the same way!. I don't see any psychs though, but I'm trying to close my mind and shut the little negative voice inside my head!. I think you just don't want to accept that your own mind is affecting your emotions, actions, and thoughts!. It's like there's two of you right!? The one who supports you and cheers you on, and the one who bullies you and tears you apart!? Just try to silence that negative "person" or better yet, kill them!.

HUGS! I really dont know your details but I can say I have dealt with horrible ocd for many years!. I take meds and I have seen various Drs, but the only thing that really and truely helped me was prayer and reading the Bible!. You should find a Dr that specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy as well! (HUGS)Www@Answer-Health@Com
No you are not egotistic and you have not accepted defeat but you have to accept that you are in a little denial and your mind is closed and not going to let this person help you!. It works if you work it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
