Dream help. I keep having nightmares?!

Question: Dream help!. I keep having nightmares!?
So I keep having this dream!. It's been a reoccurring dream that I've always had!. I dream that I've had to fight someone for various reasons and in my dream no matter what I do I cant seem to hurt the person!. I hit them or kick them and I feel so weak and powerless, yet I am getting my **** kicked!. Seriously, I try to punch and it's either a very weak attempt or an uncoordinated hay-maker that may connect but doesn't do any damage!. You know the kind, you try to hit something and it feels like a glancing blow!. Imagine trying to give a high five and only hitting the tip!. That's how it feels!. I'm not a small guy by any means, in my non dream life I can take care of myself!. Anyone have any ideas or any similar dreams!? Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is advice on recurring dreams & nightmares in section 3, at http://www!.ezy-build!.net!.nz/~shaneris!. Remember the troubling nightmare in as much detail as you can!. Create a scenario in which you manage to prevail!. "Tonight, in my dreams, I want to confront the !?!?!?/call on a dream ally for help"!. Write down your chosen form on a piece of paper, at least 3 times, and repeat 3 times aloud, after lights out, and visualise yourself doing it, as vividly as you can, and WANT TO DO IT!!!, with all the desire you can muster, to better communicate this concept to your subconscious mind, through imagery & emotional intensity, so it understands that this is important!. Place the piece of paper under your pillow (metaphorically "sleeping on it")!.

Your subconscious existed before you could walk, or talk!. It knows images, muscles/movement, and emotions: communicate with it in terms it can understand!. It doesn't understand negatives!. When dreaming, try calling for assistance from a dream character - anyone, alive or long since passed on, even your favorite superhero is available to provide assistance, in the dreamstate!. You can even try the technique of "dream re-entry", and use your new solution in that exact same situation!. Try the above for 2 - 3 weeks; I believe there is a good chance they will work!. Options, for later, if you are in the 40% of those who are fairly suggestible (not free) are hypnotherapy, (Stop Recurring Nightmares -

In dream analysis, we are taught that each character inhabiting a dream represents some part of us!. It is an axiom that the sole judge of the interpretation of any dream is the person who dreamt it!. I have had a very similar dream!. Ultimately, I came to realise that I was essentially "fighting with myself" - that there were unresolved issues which I was struggling with, and my subconscious mind was putting this forward in terms of dreams about fighting!. I suggest that you review your life, and look for such issues in your personal life, and work situation (for example: want to change jobs, but need to stay, for the financial security)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
