Question: I was sexually abused when i was little, and i am scared please help!!!?
Ok so when i was like 3,4, I was sexually abused by my cousin in his living room when i slept over his house, but he was like10, 11!. Then later he kissed me in the mouth!. Later, i was sitting next to my different cousin on the couch, and there was a blanket over us!. i was watching tv laughing at it!. and then he touched my privacy!. I am older now, and like atleast once a week, i cry at night, praying to god that i will forget about the whole thing the next day!. I told my parents on a note when i was smaller, and they talked to me, but they didn't know i worried so much!. I am worried, like they say sexually abused children can have problems as adults/teenagers!. I am so scared!. I amm reallly really scared, and thats a reason why i cry!. I feel like i need help!. I am scared, really!. Please, pleas, please help me!. Do i need help!? Is it too late!? what can i do!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, i am so sorry this happened to you!. But always remember it was NEVER your fault!.

I think if you are not comfortable talking to your parents about it, you should see a doctor, you need to confront these feelings to get past them!. I doubt the relationship with your parents would change!.

The reason you are crying is because you went through a horrible expierence by someone in your family, someone you trusted!. You need to go see a therapist to understand why you feel the way you do, and why people do such awful things!. Being sad about this is completley understandable!. The earlier you get help the less effect it will have on you as you grow!.

Best of luck,
Hugs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your parents found out and you aren't in therapy!? You should be, because you are clearly traumatized by it!.

Sit your parents down and tell them you need to get a referral to a therapist- one that doesn't believe in medicating for a solution!. Ask your doctor for a referral!.

Therapy will help you deal with how you are feeling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its never too late!.it happened to my best friend and she didnt mention it until almost 15 years after it happened!.and the relationship wont change, your parents will support you no matter what!.its a terrible thing but you can be helped if it sill really haunts you!.tell your parents how you feel you cant keep these emotions bottled up its just harder for you in the long run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They just talk to you, let you express your feelings!. It's nothing painful at all!. Talking about it is the only way to resolve this!. Unfortunately, the more we try to forget about bad things that happen, the more we wind up thinking about it, and the more it controls our lives!.
Your parents aren't going to think any less of you for getting help!. If anything, they're going to see how strong you are for not letting this destroy your life!.
You deserve to be helped through this by someone!Www@Answer-Health@Com

everything you tell your therapist is 100%strictly confidential!.!.!.*unless your suicidal they might need to seek someone to watch over you* If you dont want your therapist to tell your parents just say it flat out!.!.!."dont tell my parents"!. You just talk about it and how it made you feel and things like that!. Wish you the best!. good luck with all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should do whatever you have to do to feel safe!.
whether its just talking to your parents, or going to a therapist!.

do whatever you think would fix this problem, and keep you from crying etc!.

you'll be okay :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

No "ashley t" it was partially her fault, because she was weak and helpless and ignorant and scared and until she admits all that and then forgives herself for not being perfect she will be wracked with guilt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

call the police and go to a psychologistWww@Answer-Health@Com

You need to speak to someone before it starts to affect all aspects of life!. I am 23 and have kept something similar to this from my parents since the age of 4 and I have difficulty in relationships and trusting men!. PLEASE talk to someone a teacher, a friend, anyone that will listen to you!. You need to speak out and get your feelings out in the open, at least in the open for you!.

A doctor can help in dealing with you and your parent's relationship, they can help you explain things to your parents (how you feel), and they can help you deal with your personal struggles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
